Let's Start:
We recommend that you begin by defining a clear idea of what you desire in your product to ensure a superior experience and prompt delivery. Based on our previous experiences with orders, this process takes approximately 24 hours to complete, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours.
To initiate the design process, you must pay a minimum of 50% of the chosen product. Following that, please forward the payment proof, item name, and a comprehensive concept of your idea to contact@minddesignstore.com. Alternatively, you can utilize the chat box on the website to submit your request (Please include your contact email so we can respond to you).
Subsequently, we will provide you with three variations of your design, and you must choose one of them to continue the process. If you require any changes to your variant, we can provide you with one last one incorporating your changes.
Finally, once you confirm the design variant and complete the balance of the payment, we will immediately commence the production of your idea!
